Honors Project Proposal Form
- This form should be submitted to the program chair the semester prior to beginning the honors project. The deadline is the end of September if you plan on starting your project during the next Spring semester. The deadline is the end of February if you plan on starting your project in the following summer or fall. If you are applying summer Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU programs) please contact the chair of the Honors Program about submitting a letter of intent. Honors Project Evaluation Form
- This form can help you determine if your poster presentation contains the necessary information.
Honors Program of Study Form
- This form should be submitted to the program chair as early as possible and prior to the honors student completing 60 credits.
Summary of Changes in Program of Study
- Use this form to make major changes in your Program of Study after it has been approved.
