2007 Ag Man and Ag Woman of the Year

Matt Rohrig and Kyle Mower, both seniors in Ag Business, were named 2007 Ag Men of Year and Lorilee Schultz, senior in Ag Business, was named 2007 Ag Woman of the Year during the National Ag Day celebration.Award winners were congratulated by Dean Wendy Wintersteen. The award winners were chosen by members of the Ag Student Council.

Ag Man/ Ag Women of Year Application

All seniors graduating in the Spring or Summer of 2010 are eligible for the award. Applicants need to submit a 500 word or less essay explaining why they feel they deserve the award, as well as, a resume. The essay and resume are due in 23 Curtiss Hall by February 22, 2010 before 4pm. Criteria used in selecting the winner are (in no particular order):

• College of Ag Activities
• Campus Activities
• Grades
• Internship
• Volunteer Work

The winner will be announced at the National Ag Day BBQ, March 9th, 2010.
