The ISU Office of Sponsored Programs Administration (OSPA) reminds investigators that PI’s must ensure their GoldSheets are progressing through the system and arrive in OSPA at least four (4) business days before the PI's deadline date (or the funding agency’s deadline date, whichever comes first).

For proposals requesting $2 million or more, the GoldSheet must be RECEIVED by OSPA at least TWO WEEKS before the deadline date. Timeframes for proposals requiring internal review, cost share, policies, and letters of support from offices other than OSPA are provided in the attached memo from Sharron Quisenberry, Vice President of Research and Economic Development.
