Spring College enrollment increases
College of Agriculture and Life Sciences undergraduate enrollment for
spring semester increased by 144 students from the same semester last year. The number of graduate students enrolled also increased. More

It is not hard to believe what is now known as Iowa State University was a beacon of good practices, fine learning, and prestige even back in 1884. The Prairie Farmer, a weekly journal based out of Chicago, Illinois found many reasons for supporting Iowa State College.
