REAP is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose purpose is to help
stabilize rural villages in Russia, Latvia, and Lithuania with strategies
to become self-sufficient and independent of the State system. REAP
works with rural schools, youth and others to bolster rural resources
and adapt survival techniques learned in the U.S.

farmers worldwide. This training,will assist them to become self-reliant
in meeting the food needs of their communities. Small-scale manufacturers
and repairers are supported. Training Foreign personnel can be trained
