The mission of the Ag Multicultural Programs Office at Iowa State University is to strengthen the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences recruitment and retention efforts of underrepresented students in agriculture, natural resources, and life sciences areas. Therefore, the purpose of the Office is to increase the academic achievements of underrepresented students through professional development experiences, global academic opportunities, leadership activities, and community service programs.
