What can I expect during the summer?

Through the course of the George Washington Carver Internship Program interns engage in research in their respective areas.

But the summer experiecnce isn't all research and work. On the weekends we go on an assortment of field trips around the state of Iowa ranging from canoeing on the Des Moines River to exploring Iowa's natural and cultural attractions.
