The College of Agriculture is committed to a comprehensive diversity program focusing on undergraduate and graduate academic programs, outreach and research. The College provides opportunities for U.S. citizens of underrepresented groups while also strengthening multicultural understanding among students, staff and faculty. The Faculty Diversity Committee created the Diversity Enhancement Faculty Award in 2002 to recognize outstanding performance of faculty in enhancing diversity. The Diversity Committee drafted examples of Diversity Enhancement for Faculty in response to including diversity as a part of faculty evaluation.
