This module is designed to educate students on the potential pests and biological control agents available to manage pests in greenhouse situations. This module can be used as a reference guide or expanded into an observational study.

After completion of this module, the student will be able to:

1. Monitor greenhouse situations to determine if undesirable insects enter and become a problem in this environment.

2. Develop a record keeping system that will monitor the pest and natural enemy populations.

3. Identify the pests that may enter greenhouse situations and damage plants.

4. Determine appropriate biological control agents that may be used to manage the greenhouse pests.

Before you begin the module:

1. Purchase yellow and blue sticky traps.

2. Identify sources of biological control agents as you will need to order these as soon as infestations occur.
