Abstracts for poster presentations are invited on the following topics:

• Formulating: Protein-based polymers, vegetable oil polymers, adhesives, polyesters (fermentation processes) and composites
• Processing: Injection molding, compression molding, extrusion, casting and pre-processing requirements
• Characterization: Quantitative assessment of mechanical, thermal, and microstructural properties of biopolymers and biocomposites
• Other topics could include: application studies, raw material resources, post-production concerns and economic models
  

Abstract Submission

Please use the Abstract Submission Form (PDF) to submit your abstract. Abstracts are due no later than July 1, 2012. Poster Sessions

Posters will be on display during the workshop in the South Ballroom, Memorial Union. Scheduled poster sessions will take place during the break periods. A book of abstracts will be handed out at the workshop and abstracts will be posted on the workshop’s web site.
