ISU ADMINISTRATOR RECEIVES HONORARY TITLE IN UKRAINE

AMES, Iowa - Colin Scanes of Iowa State University was named an honorary professor of the National Agricultural University of Ukraine during a September visit to Kiev. Scanes is executive associate dean of ISU's College of Agriculture.

Scanes joins ISU Provost John Kozak, College of Agriculture Dean David Topel and Vice Provost for Extension Stanley Johnson, who previously were named honorary professors at the Ukrainian university.

ISU has been helping the National Agricultural University revise its curriculum. During September, several ISU representatives were involved in three educational conferences at the university.
