BIG CROWD MEANS LOCATION CHANGE FOR FEB. 28 E-COMMERCE FORUM
AMES, Iowa -- More than 500 people are expected at a conference on e-commerce and agriculture on Monday, Feb. 28, at Iowa State University.
Because of the high attendance, the site of the Agricultural Forum has been changed to C.Y. Stephens Auditorium, which is next door to the original site -- the Scheman Building at the Iowa State Center.
"E-commerce: The 'Net' Effect on Agribusiness" is the theme of the Agricultural Forum, sponsored by ISU's Center for Agricultural and Rural Development. Speakers from agribusinesses, academia and dot-com companies will share their opinions on the future of agricultural e-commerce.
Registration fee is $65. Walk-ins are welcome. More program and registration information is available on the Web at www.agforum.org or by calling (515) 294-5961.
