Guidelines for Nomination

• Nominations are submitted electronically
• Be sure to coordinate nominations with the department awards committee
• All nomination packets submitted should be in PDF or Word 2003/2004 format
• The cover page, nomination statement/letter, all supporting materials, and CV must be combined into one document. The required order is:
1. Cover Sheet
2. Nomination statement/letter and supporting materials
3. Nominee's CV or resume (if required by specific award guidelines)
• The total size of the submitted document should be less than 20 MB
• College of Agriculture and Life Sciences awards cover sheet can be found here
• Please make sure you have the correct cover sheet for the nomination you are submitting. If the name of the award is not on the cover sheet, it is not the correct cover sheet
