CALS Connections to AfricaStudy Abroad & International InternshipsSummer 2012: Diverse Ecosystems of GhanaStudents will explore natural resource management in the different ecosystems of Ghana from the coastal savannah to the guinea savanna in the north across the semi-deciduous forest. They will study indigenous technologies used to promote sustainable agricultural production in each ecosystem. 2012: Dietetics Program First In Nation to Offer Internship AbroadISU students, who major in dietetics either through the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences or the College of Human Sciences, can take advantage of the Dietetics Internship program, which is the first in the nation to offer an international component. In 2012, interns can perform a portion of their work at the University of Ghana. |
